I got GTA5 For the pc last October & i noticed during these near 6 months that i can never use anyone's special ability, i though it was because i was using a PS1 Dualshock controller & they must not work when you press down on them but they work for moving the character around & the camera. But i thought of an idea last night to try out my Father's PS4 Controller & it still didn't work.
