I managed to get it started again but to my suprise the car wouldnt go any faster than 7mph! I managed to crawl to the nearest parking space and left it there. Since the first time the engine cut, everytime I start the eniging there is a beep, the service light comes on and stays then the LCD screen reports an anti pollution fault.

The engine is running really smoothly, and the car was only serviced a week ago.

For some months now, Ive had an anti-pollution fault error, being displayed. The warning appears, the light comes on, and eventually goes out after 4 or so starts, its stays out for several weeks then re-appears. This weekend it went one further, the light came on at the start of my journey.
